Active tourism

2899.jpgActive tourism – tourism that has elements of unusual rest.  Term "adventure" - is advertising concept, because walk in the wood we also can call an adventure. For consumer, which has never been in campaign any route, even the easiest, will be an adventure. There are some kinds of adventure tourism: sports, ecological, extreme.
Extreme tourism – is high-risk kind of rest. If you want go in for extreme tourism you should have special skills and qualification. But if you beginner it is necessary to have well- qualified instructor. In spite of high risk, extreme tourism is very interesting and fascinating activity. There are some kinds of extreme tourism, that everybody can master. Actually, this is a natural process: as soon as your qualifications in any of the kinds of sport tourism have become quite high, and your experience - quite seriously, you will automatically go to that level, which can be called extreme. You are interested in more extreme goals and you achieve greater results.

Kinds of active and extreme tourism: aquatic(water),  land(surface), air, exotic.

 
 Aquatic(water)  extreme tourism
 
Windsurfing, also called boardsailing or sailboarding, water sport that employs a board-and-sail device and combines elements of sailing and surfing.


Surfing  - the sport of riding on the crest or along the tunnel of a wave, especially while standing or lying on a surfboard. Also called surfboarding.

Kite surfing, also known as kitesurfing and kiteboarding, and sometimes as fly surfing, involves using a power kite to pull a small surfboard, or wakeboard (on water), a wheeled board on land, or a snowkiting.

Kayaking is moving on a kayak across water. A kayak is a boat where the paddler faces forward, has their legs in front of them, and uses a double bladed paddle.

Aquabike (Hydrocycles) – water transport with engine, flat bottom and seats for driver and passenger.

 
Canoe - is a small narrow boat with double paddle oars. People, who row, sit face forward, in the direction of travel.

Raft -  is any flat floating structure for travel over water. It is the most basic of boat design, characterized by the absence of a hull. Traditional or primitive rafts are constructed of wood or reeds. Modern rafts may also use pontoons, drums, or extruded polystyrene blocks.

Rafting  - is an extreme kind of rest, group alloy down the mountain river. Raft - type of vessel (inflatable raft), for an alloy of affluent rivers, with rapids.

Yachting or recreational sailing is the specific act of sailing as a sport.

Parasailing, also known as parascending, is a recreational activity where a person is towed behind a vehicle (usually a boat) while attached to a specially designed parachute, known as a parasail.

Water ball - is the recreational practice of humans rolling on water in a sphere, generally made of transparent plastic.

 Air extreme tourism
 
Bungee jumping (also spelled "Bungy" jumping) - is an activity that involves jumping from a tall structure while connected to a large elastic cord. The tall structure is usually a fixed object, such as a building, bridge or crane; but it is also possible to jump from a movable object, such as a hot-air-balloon or helicopter, that has the ability to hover over one spot on the ground. The thrill comes as much from the free-falling as from the rebounds.

Parachute sport
- is one of types of aviation sport and active rest. A parachute is a device used to slow the motion of an object through an atmosphere by creating drag.

Sky surfing is a type of skydiving in which the skydiver wears a board attached to his or her feet and performs surfing-style aerobatics during freefall.

BASE jumping - is an activity that employs a parachute or the sequenced use of a wingsuit and parachute to jump from fixed objects, with the parachute unopened at the jump (else see paragliding). "BASE" is an acronym that stands for the four categories of fixed objects from which one can jump: building, antenna, span, earth.

Balloon - is a type of aircraft that remains aloft due to its buoyancy. A balloon travels by moving with the wind. It is distinct from an airship, which is a buoyant aircraft that can be propelled through the air in a controlled manner.

Hang gliding - is an air sport in which a pilot flies a light and unmotorized foot-launchable aircraft called a hang glider.

Paragliding is a recreational and competitive flying sport. A paraglider is a free-flying, foot-launched aircraft.
 
Land(surface) extreme tourism
 
Alpinism (mountain climbing) - the activity of climbing mountains, or scaling rock faces.

Alpine skiing - is a recreational activity and sport involving sliding down snow-covered hills with long skis attached to each foot.

Snowboarding - is a sport that involves descending a slope that is either partially or fully covered with snow on a snowboard attached to a rider's feet using a special boot set into a mounted binding.

Mountain biking entails the sport of riding bicycles off-road, often over rough terrain, whether riding specially equipped mountain bikes or hybrid road bikes.

Off-roading - is a term for driving a specialized vehicle on unpaved roads, such as sand, gravel, riverbeds, mud, snow, rocks, and other natural terrain.

Sphering, zorbing or globe-riding - is the recreational practice of humans rolling downhill in a sphere, generally made of transparent plastic.

Paintball - is a game, in which players eliminate opponents by hitting them with pellets containing paint (referred to as a "paintball"), usually shot from a carbon dioxide or compressed-gas (HPA or N2) powered paintball gun (or marker).

Airsoft - is a modern combat sport or recreational hobby in which participants eliminate opponents by hitting each other with spherical non-metallic rounds fired from a compressed-air gun (or airsoft gun) powered by gas, manual spring-load, or electrically powered gearbox.

Jumpers -  it is an unique hi-tech sporting  vehicle, allowing to get the surprising and keen feelings. You will be able to accomplish giant jumps on a height to 2 meters  and more, to run with unbelievable speed and doing different acrobatic tricks. It is fine variant for people who like height and speed.

Caving — also known as spelunking — is the recreational sport of exploring caves. In contrast, speleology is the scientific study of caves and the cave environment.

Equestrian tourism -  is walks or long trips on horseback.
